Reporting a Claim

Here's how to report a claim:
-When you report your claim, Most of our carriers offer 24 HR toll-free reporting 365 days a year to start the process
either by contacting them via their 800 # or through their website.
-A claims representative will contact you back - generally within two hours of reporting your
claim to answer your questions and schedule an inspection of your vehicle or
property. Be sure to discuss any questions you have about deductibles, what's
covered or the repairs with your claims rep at this time.
-If you need a rental car and your policy covers one, your claims representative can
make arrangements for a rental. Keep in mind that rental reimbursement varies
based on policy coverages and accident circumstances.
-Your property or vehicle repairs can be made by the repair professional of your choosing, not ours.
If you require assistance in making a selection; we can suggest providers to contact.
-Keep informed about your claim by periodically checking the status of repairs and addressing any
further issues, such as additional damage, supplemental payments or changes to the expected completion date.
-If You Feel you are having problems getting your claim resolved, please contact our offices so we can review the situation
and see if we can assist you by contacting the Claims department on your behalf.
